UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No.24739/2010 Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos.3,4 11 & 12. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within the same period. SLP(C) No. 25614/2010 Mr.M.P.Jha, Ld.counsel shall cure the defects in the I.A. within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be provided. .........3 ITEM NO.7 -3- Three weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent Nos. 3 & 8. The office report indicates that the petitioner Nos.3 and 27 have died. Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of three weeks take appropriate steps to bring on record the Lrs. of the said deceased petitioners.
The office report proceeds to state that the Ld.counsel for the petitioners has filed an application to bring on record the lrs. of the deceased respondent No.13 which is defective. Ld.counsel shall rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application within a period of three weeks. SLP(C) No. 26921/2010
