UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No.24739/2010 Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos.3,4 11 & 12. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within the same period. SLP(C) No. 25614/2010 Mr.M.P.Jha, Ld.counsel shall cure the defects in the I.A. within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be provided. .........3 ITEM NO.7 -3- Three weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent Nos. 3 & 8. the deceased respondent No.8 which is defective. Ld.counsel shall rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said

application within a period of four weeks.

The respondent Nos. 1 & 6 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. The respondent Nos.2-5 have already filed the counter affidavit as gets revealed from the perusal of the office report. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as and when the connected ones get ready.

SLP(C) No. 26920/2010

The office report indicates that the petitioner Nos.3 and 27 have died. Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of three weeks take appropriate steps to bring on record the Lrs. of the said deceased petitioners.

The office report proceeds to state that the Ld.counsel for the petitioners has filed an application to bring on record the lrs. of the deceased respondent No.13 which is defective. Ld.counsel shall rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application within a period of three weeks. SLP(C) No. 26921/2010

Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.1-6 shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be provided.

SLP(C) No. 29291/2010

The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.2-5 has filed the counter affidavit which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said affidavit, whereafter no further extension shall be provided. SLP(C) No.1059/2011 The office report indicates that the matter has already been

directed to be listed before the Hon'ble Court. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in it. SLP(C) No. 35087/2010

The office report states that service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 1 & 7, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. The office report proceeds to state that the respondent Nos.2-6 have already filed the counter affidavit. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as and when the connected ones get ready.

What gets revealed from the perusal of the office report is that the Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed an I.A. for

substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent No.1. The said I.A. shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter.
