The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6.12.2010, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. Status quo prevailing as on date shall be maintained. Tag with SLP (C) No. 24224 of 2010."

Accordingly show cause notice to all the 7 respondents was issued through registered AD post on 31.1.2011. Mr. P.N. Gupta, Advocate has on 18.4.2011 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2-6 and also on 10.10.2011 filed counter affidavit on their behalf. Copies of the same are included in the SLP paper books.

It is submitted that AD Card duly signed has been received back from Respondent No. 7 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

It is further submitted that pursuant to Hon'ble Court's Order dated 24.3.2014 fresh show cause notice to respondent No. 1 was issued through registered AD Post and as well as by way of Dasti which was to be served through concerned Advocate on Record, but neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from so far. Counsel for the petitioner has also not filed any affidavit alongwith proof of Dasti service till date.

It is further submitted that the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 8.10.2014, when inter alia the following order was passed:-

".............................................. The office report states that although two opportunities have already been given to the Ld. counsel for the petitioner to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice issued to the respondent No. 1, yet he has not done the needful so far. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter..............................."

The matter is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
