and 2 are represented through Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate and have filed Counter Affidavit. Ms. Jyoti Mendiratta, Advocate is representing Respondent NO.3 and has also filed counter affidavit. Respondent nos. 4 to 8 are served by dasti service vide Ld. Registrar's Order dated 21.4.2009 but they have not chosen to enter appearance.
