UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In SLP(C) No.11213/11 service is complete. No further steps. List the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

In all other matters, service is incomplete. The respective petitioners are directed to take fresh steps against the unserved respondents.

In SLP(C) No.26920/10 the petitioner No.27 is reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take steps to bring the Lrs. on record.

In SLP(C) No.4915/12 the substitution application is defective. The applicant is granted four weeks time to cure the defects in the substitution application.

In SLP(C) No.4915/12 Ld.counsel for respondent No.13 submits that respondent No.14 has filed counter affidavit which is adopted by respondent No.13. This is recorded.

In SLP(C) No.26787 and 26921/2010 Ld.counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 has died and the details of the lrs. have been furnished. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take steps to bring the Lrs. on record.
