UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In SLP(C) No.24224/10 issue notice in the correct address furnished by the petitioner.

In SLP(C) No.13653/11 await return of notice of respondent No.3. The remaining respondents have not filed counter affidavit in spite of last chance granted.

In SLP(C) No.1059/11 Ld.counsel for the respondents have not taken steps in spite of last chance granted. However, I am inclined to grant four more weeks time subject to the condition that he takes steps and deposits a sum of Rs. 500/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within four weeks. If the above conditions are not satisfied, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution. If steps are taken, issue notice. Await return of notice.

In SLP(C) No.25383-84/11, 35087/10 and 26787/10 Ld.counsel for the respective petitioners are directed to take fresh steps against the unserved respondents.

In SLP(C) No.26787/10 petitioner to take steps to bring on record the Lrs. of petitioner No.14. In the above case substitution application is defective. Cure the defects.

In SLP(C) No.25614/10 await return of notice of respondent No.3. In SLP(C) No.26918/10 respondent Nos.2-5 have filed counter affidavit. Await respondent No.1. The remaining respondents have not filed counter affidavit in spite of last chance granted.

In SLP(C) No.26921/10 cure the defects in the substitution application within four weeks as a last chance.

In all other remaining cases, await return of notice of the unserved respondents. The served respondents are granted four more weeks time as a last chance for filing counter affidavit. List the matter on 01.02.2013.
