In SLP(C) No.24224/10 Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps against respondent Nos. 8 and 9.

In SLP(C) No.24739/10 take fresh steps against respondent Nos.1- 4 and 11-13. The served respondents are granted four weeks time as a last chance for filing counter affidavit.
