Contd...3 ITEM NO.32 -3- UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In SLP(C) No.27490/10 Ld.counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time as a last chance for taking steps against respondent Nos. 3 & 4. If steps are taken, issue notice. Await. In SLP(C) No. 29291/10 service is complete. Respondent Nos.2-6, 12 and 13 have filed counter affidavit. No further steps. Hence, place the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules. In SLP(C) No.25614/10 notice addressed to respondent Nos. 4, 10 and 18 have been returned. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time for taking fresh steps in correct address. In SLP(C) No.11831/11 petitioner has not remitted the process fee and spare copy in spite of last chance granted. However, I am inclined to grant two more weeks time subject to the condition that he takes steps and deposits a sum of Rs. 500/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within two weeks. If the above conditions are not satisfied, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non prosecution. In SLP(C) No.11510/11 petitioner is granted four more weeks time as a last chance for filing the process fee and spare copy.
