UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) NO. 1059/2011

The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the service of notice is complete in I.A. Nos. 2, 3 and 4 of 2016.

Hence, the application for substitution of legal heirs of the deceased respondent nos. 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12 & 13 is allowed, delay condoned and abatement is set aside.

Amended cause title be filed within three weeks from today.

Issue notice on I.A. No. 95840/2016, returnable after six weeks.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted to be served.
