The special leave petition is dismissed for nonproseuction. Order dated 29.7.2016 For the reasons stated, I.A. No.5/2016 is allowed. The order dated 28.04.2016, dismissing the SLP (C) No.4915/2012 for nonprosecution is recalled and the special leave petition is restored to its original number. List the special leave petition in due course."

It is submitted that there are total 22 respondents in the instant Special Leave Petition Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents except respondent no. 9(dead), 7, 10, 1922.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has cured the defects in the application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent no. 9. He has filed application for exmeption from filing official translation of death certificate, application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application, application for setting aside abatement as there is delay of 3628 days in filing application for substitution. The said applications are registered as I.A Nos. 69 and are included in SLP paper books.

It is also submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for deletion of proposed Lr No. 9(i) from the application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased respondent respondent No. 9 as proposed Lr. No. 9(i) has also expired during the pendency of Special Leave Petition The said application is registered as I.A No.10 and included in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 7, 10, 1922 by Registered A.D. Post as well as through Dasti on 14.9.2016. Service of show cause notice is awaited on them. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed Affidavit with Proof of Dasti service so far.

The application in the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) with this office report.
