The matters abovementioned have been filed by Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner abovenamed against the Judgment and Order dated the 12th April, 2013 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in Criminal Appeal Nos. 686, 777, 832 and 1084 of 2005.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 422 days in filing and 506 days in refiling of Special Leave Petitions. Counsel for the petitioner has filed applications in this regard.

It is further submitted that another matter i.e. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos.2350823511 of 2013(i.e. applications for permission to file SLP) arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th September, 2014 when the Court was pleased to direct "post along with SLP(Crl.) D. No.29683 of 2014.(i.e. instant matter).

The applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
