The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6th May,

2014, when the Hon'ble Court was please to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Notice."

Accordingly, notice were issued to the respondents on 19th May, 2014 and 12th June,

2014. Ms. Kavita Jha, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of both the Respondents.

Thereafter, the matters were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court from time to time for Counter Affidavit and lastly listed on 14th January, 2015, when the following order was passed:

"SLP (C) NoS. 13099/2014 & 13100/2014

The sole respondent has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the Rules. Viewed in that context, the matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules."

SLP NOS. 17627, 17641, 20640, 24123 OF 2014

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9th July, 2014, 8th July, 2014, 30th July, 2015 and 1st September, 2014 respectively, when the following Order was passed:

"Delay condoned. Notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 13099 of 2014"

Accordingly, notice were issued to the sole respondent in each matter on different dates. Ms. Kavita Jha, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of sole Respondent in each matter on behalf of 'Bharti Airtel Ltd.' instead of 'Bharti Cellular Ltd.'

Service is complete in all the matters above mentioned.

SLP NO. 31790 OF 2014

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1st December, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was please to pass the following order:

"Issue notice Tag with S.L.P(C) No. 13099 of 2014."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole respondent on 22nd January, 2015 Ms. Kavita Jha, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the sole Respondent but she has not filed Counter Affidavit.

SLP(C) NO. 21380 OF 2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Notice. Tag with S.L.P(C) No. 13099 of 2014."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole Respondent through Registered post on 12th August, 2015.

Service of notice is awaited.

SLP(C) NO. 22524 OF 2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th August, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Notice. Tag with S.L.P(C)No. 13099/2014."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole Respondent through Registered post. Ms. Kavita Jha, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of Appearance on behalf of 'Bharti Airtel Ltd.' instead of 'Bharti Infotel Ltd.' but application for Amendment of Cause Title not filed despite request.

Service of notice is complete.

SLP(C) NO. 22771 OF 2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10th August, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned.
Notice.
Tag with S.L.P(C) No. 13099 of 2014."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole Respondent through Registered post on 21st August, 2015.

Service is awaited.

SLP(C) NO. 24373 OF 2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th August, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Notice. Tag with S.L.P(C) No. 13099 of 2014."

It is submitted that counsel for petitioner has not filed Spare Copy so far. Hence, Show Cause Notice could not be issued.
