It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Priya Puri, Advocate on 7.11.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 29.6.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No. 775/2014 days along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 41 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 192 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 233 days in filing and refiling the SLP.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with C.A No. 9980/2016 @ SLP (C) No. 29627/2016 @ CC No. 7888/2016 Entitled PUNJAB STATE POWER CORPORATION LTD. vs M/S SARAF INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LTD. & ANR. as both are arising out of common Order.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with CC No. 11982/2016 Entitled PUNJAB STATE POWER CORPORATION LTD. vs M/S J R INDUSTRIES & ANR.. as both are arising out of common Order.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of Award dated 16.11.2010 and 27.10.2010 mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 14.6.2016 stating therein that the same are not related to the present matter and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.
It is further submitted that Mr. Vikas Singh, counsel for the petitioner has also filed Caveat on behalf of respondent No. 1.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
