The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 02.05.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the respondent No. 1 to file the counter affidavit.
Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent No.2.
The office report indicates that the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for permission to file additional documents which is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks, as last chance rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application whereafter no further extension shall be given.
List again on 25.7.2016."
It is submitted that Counsel for the respondent has on 25.3.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1. Mr. Kunal Chatterji has on 15.7.2016 filed vakalatnama with appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2.
It is submitted that Mr. Viresh B. Saharya has on 19.7.2016 filed vakalatnama after taking no objection certificate from counsel for the petitioner.
It is further submitted that learned counsel for the petitioner has not cured the defects so far.
The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Report.
