It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Priya Puri, Advocate on 6.10.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.5.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No. 542/2014 along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 42 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 114 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 156 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C)CC No. 4037/2016 Entitled PUNJAB STATE POWER CORPORATION LIMITED vs M/S. P.M. ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD. & ANR, as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C)CC No. 4041/2016 Entitled PUNJAB STATE POWER CORPORATION LTD. vs M/S. NUCON POWER CONTROL PVT. LTD. AND ANR. as both are arising out of common order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 17.11.2013, 17.4.2013 and award dated 30.7.2007 and award dated 23.12.2008. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 26.2.2016 stating therein that the same are not related to the present matter and Counsel has requested to list the matter at his own risk.

It is further submitted that Mrs. Priya Puri, counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for permission to file additional documents. The same is included in the SLP paper books.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
