UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that finding of the two Courts below have been reversed by the High Court under the order impugned and further submits that in the intergennum period, the petitioner no.1 has sold the subject land registered sale deed dated 30.06.2006 and is still willing to find out any other modalities to settle the dispute, if possible.
Issue notice, returnable on 15.07.2022.
Mr. Gursher Bhandal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and he is at liberty to file short counter affidavit.
In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not persuade the execution proceedings pending before the Executive Court.
