Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has the same grievance as the petitioner. However, it is submitted that the special leave petition filed by him on the very same issue was dismissed. In such circumstances, there is no ground for transposition. Hence, IA No.231002/2024 is dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps to complete service on respondent nos. 1 and 60.
