"Respondent Nos.1, 10, 13, 14 have already been declined to opportunity to file the counter affidavit.

None appears for Respondent Nos. 11, 15, 27, 32, 39, 40, 42, 43, 46 and 47 despite due service.

Orders on application for deletion of Respondent Nos.12, 21, 22, 26, 31, 44 are awaited.

Defects in the application for substitution of Lrs. Of deceased respondent Nos. 19, 22, 28, 29, 31, 35, 37, 44 be cured within two weeks' time. Registry to process thereafter.

Await service of respondent Nos.29, 1618, 2325, 33, 34, 36, 38, 41, 45, 48

List the matter again on 25.7.2016"

It is submitted that counsel for the respondent No. 1, 10, 13 and 14 has on 18.7.2016 filed counteraffidavit alongwith an application from exemption form filing official translation which is registered as I.A No.13.

It is further submitted that application for deletion of respondent Nos. 12, 21, 22, 26, 28, 31 and 44 is yet to be listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchamber.

It is again submitted that counsel for the petitioner has cured the defects in application for substitution of deceased respondent Nos. 19, 20, 29, 30, 35, 37 and 49 and yet to be listed before the

Hon'ble Judgeinchamber.

Service of notice is still incomplete on behalf of respondent Nos.29, 1618, 2325, 33, 34, 36, 38, 41, 45 and 48.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office report.
