UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

In SLP(C) Nos. 269 and 225/2022, as per office report, proof

of service of pleading to counsel for respondent has been filed by

counsel for petitioner on 09.03.2022. However, on the request of learned counsel for respondent, copy of pleading be served to him through email.

Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to the sole respondent in all the matters, to file counter affidavit.

After the expiry of said period, matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
