Respondent No. 8 has failed to file counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. However, as prayed, same be filed within one week, as a last chance.

Four weeks time, is granted to Respondent No. 2, to file counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 submits that the defects, pointed out in the counter affidavit, have been cured. If it is so, same be taken on record.

In both the matters, Ms. Srishti Agnihotri, Advocate has filed IA for intervention. Said IA is defective. Two weeks time is granted to cure the same.
