Vakalatnaman and counter affidavit have been filed in respect of respondent no. 6. Same are defective. Two weeks time, is granted to learned counsel for petitioner to cure the defects.

Service in respect of respondent nos. 2 and 9 is already complete. However, as stated earlier, as per Order dated 09th September, 2022, Mr. Nikhil Jain, AOR will also be filing vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 9. He will be filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit within four weeks.
