UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

Respondent Nos. 2, 6 and 7 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Respondent No.8 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5 and 9 to file the counter affidavit.

Thereafter, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 6 have already filed the counter affidavit. Respondent No.7 has adopted the counter affidavit filed in SLP(C) No. 12272/2021.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent No. 8 to file the counter affidavit.

Thereafter, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

Counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 is defective. Ld. counsel shall within a period of two weeks cure the defects.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner seeks time to file application for substituted service in respect of Respondent No. 6. Two weeks time is granted for the said purpose.

List again on 10.4.2023.
