The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9th May, 2013 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condened. Issue Notice. Tag with SLP(C) No....of 2013 (CC No.22617/2012). "

Pursuant to order quoted above show cause notice was issued to the Sole respondent in all the Special Leave Petitions. A.D. cards duly signed have been received in respect of sole respondent in Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 18414, 18416 to 18420 of 2013. Neither A.D. card nor unserved covers containing the notice has not been received so far in respect of Sole respondent in Special Leave Petition(C) No. 18413 of 2013. Unserved cover in respect of Sole Respondent in Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 18415 and 18421 of 2013 have been received with the remarks 'Left' and 'No such addressee' respectively.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of Sole Respondent in Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 18413, 18415 and 18421 of 2013.

SLP(C) Nos. 33513-33514 of 2013

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th October, 2013 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay in filing SLP is condoned in SLP(C) .../2013 (CC Nos. 12324-12325). Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Perused the letter circulated by learned counsel for the Respondent in SLP(C) No. 11453 of 2013. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks from today. List all these matters together."

Pursuant to order quoted above show cause notice could not be issued as Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate for petitioner has not filed process fee and spare copies so far.

SLP(C) No. 37862 of 2013

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6th December, 2013 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice on the application seeking condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition as also on the petition for special leave. Tag with SLP(C) NO. 11453 of 2013. "

Pursuant to order quoted above show cause notice was issued to sole respondent and A.D. card duly singed has been received back from the sole respondent.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

AND thereafter all the Special Leave Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th October, 2013 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay in filing SLP is condoned in SLP(C) .../2013 (CC Nos. 12324-12325). Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Perused the letter circulated by learned counsel for the Respondent in SLP(C) No. 11453 of 2013. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks from today. List all these matters together."

Pursuant to order quoted above Mr.L.K. Pandey, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit in SLP(C) No. 11453 of 2013 so far.
