It is submitted that sole respondent in the matter is represented by Mr. L.K. Pandey, Advocate in Civil Appeal No. 2616 of 2017 and service on sole respondent in Civil Appeal 2627 of 2017 is complete through dasti service but no one has entered vakalatnama/Appearance on his behalf so far.

Show cause notice service is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties in both matters have not filed statement of cases and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where the parties do not file statement of cases within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the parties do not desire to file statement of cases and they have adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of cases (time expired).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for pre final hearing under order V Rule 1(30) SCR 2013 with this office report.
