It is submitted that there is a sole respondent in all the Special Leave Petition. Mr. Raghavendra S. Srivatsa, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter affidavit in respect of the sole respondent in Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 18413-18416 and 18421 of 2013. Copy of the same is circulated herewith. Duly signed A.D. cards have been received in respect of the sole respondent Nos. 18417-18420 of 2013 but no one has filed appearance on their behalf.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 33513-33514 of 2013

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in both the Special Leave Petitions. Show cause notice was issued on 23th April, 2014 to the sole respondent but neither A.D cards nor unserved covers have been received in respect of the sole respondent in both the petitions.

It is further submitted that Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate for the petitioner has on filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of the sole respondent in both petitions but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Hence, no counter affidavit.

Service of show cause notice is complete by way of dasti service.

SLP(C) No. 37862 of 2013

It is submitted that there is a sole respondent in the instant matter. Duly signed A.D. card has been received in respect of the sole respondent but no one has entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent. Hence no counter affidavit.
