UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

the photographs are to be uploaded for its acceptability, in a normal circumstance, the action as taken by the petitioners, would be justified.
However, taking into consideration the peculiar circumstances in which the High Court has granted the relief to the respondents herein, we do not propose to interfere with the impugned order.
However, we make it clear that the same shall be treated as an one time measure only for the selection under consideration and shall not be made applicable to any other selection either in Ladakh or any other part of the country.
The decision of the High Court shall therefore not be treated as a precedent or even having persuasive value for any other recruitment process.
With the said observations, the special leave petitions stand disposed of.
Pending application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
