It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate on 26.09.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 11.07.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 5573 of 2014 along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 11.07.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 27 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar IB on 28.11.2014.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 8971 Entitled State Of Haryana Versus Arrive Safe Society Of Chandigarh & Ors arising out of followed Judgment was directed on 02.04.2014 by Hon'ble Court. SLP

is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 02.04.2014 is enclosed herewith). Main Matter SLP (C) No. 1491113 of 2013.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
