This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. D.S. Mahara, Advocate on 23rd September, 2015 against the Judgments and Orders dated 20.05.2015 and 26.06.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in OP (CAT) No. 3147 of 2011(Z) and in L.A. No. 7994, 7995, 7996 of 2015 and 8458 of 2015 in OP (CAT) No. 3147 of 2011(Z) respectively.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that Special leave petition filed against the Order dated 26th June, 2015 is within time but there is a delay of 36 days in filing the Special Leave Petition against the Order dated 20th May, 2015 and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing for the same.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 13.10.2015 stating therein that with reference to defect No. 17(ii) exhibits mentioned in the imugned judgment as not necessary to be filed for the purpose of hearing. If required the same will be produced at the time of hearing. Hence requested to register the SLP at his own risk (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 13.10.2015 has been annexed at Page No. 352 of the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
