Learned counsel for the appellant brings to our notice the judgment dated 25.04.2023, passed in Civil Appeal No. 3100/2023 wherein, this Court, while considering the appeal filed by the Delhi Development Authority(DDA) against the same impugned order, has allowed the said appeal and set aside the impugned order.

3. In that view of the matter, since the impugned order has already been set aside, we see no need to once over pass any order except to note the judgment dated 25.04.2023 passed in C.A.No. 3100/2023 and dispose of the appeal in terms thereof. 4. Appeal is accordingly disposed of along with the pending application(s), if any.
