The office report indicates that the Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

However, Mr. Aslam, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama. He submits that he adopts the counter affidavit filed by Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 in respect of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. This is taken on record.
