Respondent Nos.4, 7 and 8 are reported to be dead. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record their Lrs. List again on 10.4.2017."

It is submitted that as per India Post current status of delivery report is same as that obtained on 21.02.2017 (Copy enclosed). Notices not delivered to respondent Nos 2 to 4. Counnsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has already filed counter-affidavit.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

SLP(C) No. 29734/2015:-

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to bring on record the Lrs of deceased respondent Nos. 4,7 and 8 who are reported to be dead. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5 has already filed counter-affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 6 though served with notice.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 4, 7 and 8.

SLP(C) Nos. 29735 and 29736/2015:-

Service is already complete in these SLPs.
