It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in this matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Raj Kumar Chaudhary. Fresh notice to respondent Nos. 2,3 and 4 has issued on 29.12.2016 by regd. A.D. pursuant to the Hon'ble Judge-in-chambers order dated 09.09.2016 As per India Post Tracking report delivering of notice to respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 is not conclusive.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

SLP(C) No. 29734/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 8 respondents in this matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5 are represented by Advocate. A.D. Card duly signed by respondent No. 6 received but no one has entered appearance so far. Counsel for the petitioner has on 15.12.2016 filed death certificate of respondent Nos. 4,7 and 8 without filing proper application for bringing on record the Lrs of deceased respondent Nos. 4, 7 and 8 and copies of death certificate are also not legible. Counsel for the petitioner has not done the needful despite this Registry letter dated 21.12.2016.
