The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies of SLP for issuance of notice to Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 so far.

For non filing of spare copies the matter was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 14.12.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to file spare copies in respect of all the respondents for issuance of notice despite order dated 19.09.2016 of the Hon'ble Court. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy of SLP so far.

The default on the part of counsel for the petitioner is reported to the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
