It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18.11.2014 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in Cross Objections No. 369/2009in RFA No. 45/2009. The matter initially filed on 17.06.2015 is barred by time by 121 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 15.01.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 184 days.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 1646/2016 @ CC No. 330/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.01.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 15.01.2016 is enclosed herewith and the said matter falls under incomplete category.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 29733-29736/2015 @ CC No. 15986-15989/2015 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 09.10.2015 is enclosed herewith and the said matter falls under incomplete category.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
