Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos.3 & 4 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them and to the respondent No.2 within the same period.

SLP(C) No.29734/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos.4,7 & 8.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent Nos.1,2,3 & 5 to file the counter affidavit. SLP(C) No.29736/2015

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 within four weeks as last chance. SLP(C) No.30650/2015

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps alongwith fresh particulars of respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4 so far. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has already filed counter affidavit.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 2-4.

SLP(C) No. 29734/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 8 respondents in this matter. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1-3 & 5 have filed counter affidavit. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve respondent Nos. 4, 7 & 8. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4 thoush served with notice.

Service is not compelte on respondent Nos. 4, 7, 8.

SLP(C) No. 29735/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 2 respondents in this matter.

Service is already complete as per Ld. Registrar's Order dated 28.03.2016.

SLP(C) No. 29736/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 5 respondents in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve respondent Nos. 2 & 3 so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has already filed counter affidavit.

SLP(C) No. 30650/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in this matter. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 though served with notice.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 30651 & 30652/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 5 respondents in SLP(C) No. 30651/2015 and 2 respondents in SLP(C) No. 30652/2015. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to serve respondent No. 1 in both the matters so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in SLP(C) No. 30651/2015 and respondent No. 2 in SLP(C) No. 30652/2015 though served with notice.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 1 in both the matters.

SLP(C) No. 1646/2016:-

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.01.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Permission to file special leave petition is granted. Delay condoned. Application for substitution is allowed. Issue notice. Tag with SLP ( C) Nos. 29733-29736 of 2015 @ CC Nos. 15986-15989/2015."

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to all the 4 respondents by regd. A.D. Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate has on 07.05.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but

has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent No. 4 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 4.
