It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in this matter. Mr. Balraj Dewan, Advocate appearing for respondent No. 1 has filed counter affidavit. Unserved cover containing notice to respondent Nos. 3 & 4 received with postal comments insufficient address. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent No. 2 received.

It is further submitted that Mr. Raj Kishor Chaudhary, Advocate has also filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 without obtaining NOC from Mr. Balraj Dewan.

He has not clarified the vakalatnama/appearance despite this Registry's letter dated 12.01.2016.
