Heard Ld. Counsel for the parties.

It has been submitted that separate affidavit of admission and denial have been filed by both the parties i.e. plaintiff and the defendant.

Considered the submissions advanced by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff and defendants and perused the documents on record. The documents are marked as per the details.

I have gone through the entire record of the case and the statement of admission and denial filed by the plaintiff and the defendant. I have considered all the documents filed by the parties. The marking of documents has been done in separate sheet attached to this order under my signature.

For the purpose of marking of documents, the documents have been categorized in three categories.

(i) documents admitted and execution admitted but contents to be proved by the parties, such documents are marked as (A-*)

(ii) Documents, which have been denied in toto such documents have been marked as (D-*)
