1. We are informed that the other connected matters involving interpretation of Section 101-A of the Haryana Amendment Act, 2017, as incorporated in the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, including SLP(C) Diary No.19474/2023 (Ram Avtar Mittal vs. State of Haryaya & Ors.) have not been listed today.

2. The Registry is directed to list all the matters, involving interpretation of Section 101-A, referred to above, on 05.01.2024 after obtaining necessary directions from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.
