UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Civil appeal No.2481/2012 was remanded by the

judgment of this Court dated 28.10.2014 to the High Court of Bombay. While remitting the appeal back to the High Court, we requested the Bombay High Court to dispose of the appeal expeditiously. These two appeals (Crl.A.No.2488/2014 & 2489/2014) shall be listed in the second week of March, 2015 (11.3.2015) hoping that the parties shall make all efforts to have the remitted matter disposed of in the meanwhile.
