UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
After we have considered the rival submissions made by the parties and as suggested by the learned counsel for the respondents, in place of Mr. Shibu Joseph and Mr. P. Viswanathan, Signalle head granded senior counsel, the respondent (election petitioner) is <sup>13,32</sup> W 11ing to take the assistance of Mr. Sunil Cyriac, Advocate (Roll No.K/1553/95), practicing in Kerala High Court in Election Petition No.9/2021 pending before the High Court of Kerala.
Since the respondent (election petitioner) is willing to take the assistance of Mr. Sunil Cyriac, Advocate, we dispose of the present special leave petition with the direction that let the respondent (election petitioner) take the assistance of Mr. Sunil Cyriac, Advocate in Election Petition No.9/2021.
With this modification in the order impugned dated 16th September, 2021, the special leave petition is disposed of on the above terms.
