Counsel for the petitioner has filed only fresh particulars for service on respondent Nos.6, 10, 11 & proposed respondent No.9(vii) in RSA No. 3439/2018 and respondent Nos.6, 13, 14 & proposed lr no. 12(vii) in RSA 3434/2018. As sought, two days' time, as last No. opportunity, is granted to take fresh steps for service on the said respondents.

Respondent Nos.3 to 5, 7, 8, 12 and 15 in RSA No.3439/2018 and respondent Nos.3 to 5, 10, 11, 15 and 18 in RSA No.3434/2018 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers' Order dt. 15.03.2024.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.1, 2 and 12 in RSA No.3434/2018. Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Aditya Hooda has entered appearance for the said respondents and sought time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Four weeks' time is granted to do so.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.
