The Writ Petitions above-mentioned except I.A. No. 3 of W.P. (C) 711 of
2015 were listed alongwith connected matters before the Hon'ble Court on
17.11.2015 , when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"Petitioners in the special leave petitions are permitted to file the special leave petitions.
Delay condoned in SLP(C)...../2015 CC Nos.18038-18066/2015. Issue notice in all the petitions.
The petitioners undertake to furnish one set of each paper book, in each of the matters, in the office of the Director (Mines), Goa by 2.00 p.m. on 18.11.2015. The learned Advocate General, Goa undertakes to serve all the unserved respondents by 19.11.2015, either through the representatives of the concerned mining lessees, or through the learned counsel who represented the said mining lessees before the High Court.

The learned Advocate General, Goa, and learned counsel representing the caveators, undertake to file counter affidavits positively on or before 1.12.2015. All other parties shall also file their counter affidavits on or before 1.12.2015, with the clear stipulation, that no further time shall be granted for filing counter affidavits after 1.12.2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to file rejoinder affidavit, if any, by 8.12.2015. List for final hearing on 09.12.2015, at the top of the Board."
It is submitted that pursuant to above Order, Show Cause Notice could not be issued in both the Writ Petitions above-mentioned due to non-filing of spare copies.
It is next submitted that counsel for the Petitioners has not filed proof of service of serving Paper Books in the matters above-mentioned in the office of the Director (Mines), Goa.

It is further submitted that Mr. Prashant Bhushan, Advocate has on 08.12.2015 filed common Rejoinder Affidavit on behalf of the Petitioner to the Counter Affidavit filed by the respondents, but the same is defective as date of Annexure P1 is not matching. However, the same stands included in the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Jayant Mohan, Advocate has on 27.11.2015 filed Application for impleadment as party respondent on behalf of M/s Madachom Bat Mine Pvt. Ltd. which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 2 of 2015 and the same stands included in the Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Avinash Kumar, Advocate has on 01.04.2016 filed Application for intervention on behalf of Goa Barge Owners Association alongwith Vakalatnama/appearance. The application has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 3 of 2016 and is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
