The learned Advocate General, Goa undertakes to serve all the unserved respondents by 19.11.2015, either through the representatives of the concerned mining lessees, or through the learned counsel who represented the said mining lessees before the High Court.

The learned Advocate General, Goa, and learned counsel representing the caveators, undertake to file counter affidavits positively on or before 1.12.2015. All other parties shall also file their counter affidavits on or before 1.12.2015, with the clear stipulation, that no further time shall be granted for filing counter affidavits after 1.12.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to file rejoinder affidavit, if any, by 8.12.2015.
