"Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges that 28 writ petitions came to be disposed of by a common order dated 13.08.2014. It is contended that inadvertently only one of the petitioners therein has been impleaded in the instant special leave petition as a party respondent. An oral request has accordingly been made to rectify the mistake and to implead the remaining writ petitioners also as party respondents.

Prayer is allowed. Needful be done within two days. Subject to compliance, list on 13.10.2014. "

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition (C) ..CC Nos. 1803818066 of 2015 were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09th October, 2015 when the Court was pleased to passed the following Order:

"List these petitions along with S.L.P. (C)...CC No.16080/2014, W.P.(C) Nos.711/2015 and 720/2015 on 30th October, 2015 before Court No.1."

It is lastly submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to Court's Order dated 22.09.2014 counsel for the petitioner has filed amended memo of parties and the same is included in the paperbooks.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
