It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 48 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition which has been condoned by the Ld. Additional Registrar.

It is further submittted that counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 09.12.2015 stating therein that document dated 04.02.2014 is the interim order passed in the proceeding before High Court and which is merged in the final order and so its existence is ceased and so the said documents is not filed as said document is not necessary. The counsel further states that other documents which are exhibits shown in the impugned order and which are relevant for the determination of the issue are filed in the instant matter and other documents are not relevant and so those are not filed (Copy of the Advocate's letter is included in the paperbooks at page No. 185).

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 11508 of 2014 between same perties arising out of similar issue was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 02.05.2014 (Copy of the order dated 02.05.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioners has filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents. The same have been included in the paperbooks.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
