O R D E R

We have heard Mr. Suryanarayana Singh, learned Senior Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellant – State of H.P. at length today.

We have been taken through the Judgments of the Trial Court as well as the High Court delivered in this matter.

Since there are concurrent findings of the Courts below giving benefit of doubt to the accused – respondent and acquitting him, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned Judgment and Order dated 12-01-2012 so passed by the High Court of H.P. in the matter.

In view of that, we find no merit in the appeal filed by the appellant – State of H.P.

Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed.
