UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As the respondent did not respond to the notice of this Court on 10.11.2014, this Court directed the Registry to issue non-bailable warrants against the respondent for securing his presence before this Court on 1.12.2014.

The sole respondent-accused is present in court and also represented by learned counsel Mr. Yash Pal Dhingra, we deem it appropriate to recall the non-bailable warrant with a caution that respondent shall be available whenever required.
