UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent No. 2, there is no appearance.

Petitioners has failed to file fresh particulars and to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent No.1, though last chance was granted.

However, as requested, a two weeks time as a final opportunity is granted to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.

In case of compliance, list the matter again before this Court on 7.8.2024.
