The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18th September, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Civil Revision Petition No. 2472 of 2015.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. K. Shivraj Choudhary, Advocate has on 9 th October, 2015 filed application for permission to bring on record additional documents by way of Vol.II and application for exemption from filing official translation in respect of Annexures P. 11 and 13 and the same are registered as IA No. 3 and 4 and are being circulated herewith.

It further submitted that Mr. K. Shivraj Choudhary, Advocate has on 14th October, 2015 filed an application for permission to bring on record additional documents by way of Vol : III and an application for exemption from filing official translation in respect of Annexure-P/46 and the same are registered as IA Nos. 5 and 6 and are being placed before Hon'ble Court's kind perusal.

The aforesaid matter alongwith applications is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
