UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld.counsel for the petitioner who was directed to cure the defects in the deletion application, has not cured the defects in spite of last opportunity granted. However, I am inclined to grant three more weeks time subject to the condition that he cures the defects and deposits of Rs. 500/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within three weeks. If the above conditions are not satisfied, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non prosecution. If defects are cured list the matter on 28.04.2011.
