1. Despite service having been effected on respondent no.1 (Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways) and respondent 2 (National Highways Authority of India), no Power of Attorney has been filed on their behalf.

2. Issue fresh notice, returnable on 05th December, 2023.

3. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

4. Standing counsel, who usually appears for the National Highways Authority of India, be also intimated about the pendency of the present petitions.
